How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We generally ship weekly on Mondays. Sometimes sooner if our fulfillment guy has his act together. Orders received before Friday 5 PM Maine time ship the following Monday. UPS Ground shipments within New England usually arrive next day.
Resurgam sauces require UPS 2nd Day shipping to destinations outside of New England.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with Maine Sauce products and service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will honor any refund request made within 30 days of purchase. We may ask you to answer a refund survey before issuing a refund.
How do I track the status of my order?
Check your email. A UPS tracking email is included in your order confirmation. UPS may also send you tracking information directly.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Don’t do that! But, seriously, use this form or message the mainegravy Instagram account ASAP. Due to trying to live a full life, we cannot guarantee any requests for changes before shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we can only sell our products within the United States.
Why do Resurgam sauces require expedited shipping?
Resurgam sauces are living ferments – meaning fermentation continues after bottling indefinitely. Refrigeration slows the fermentation, preventing the build up of gasses that could cause leaking, or even breakage.
While we do use some insulation for shipment, we want Resurgam sauces to get to within destination within 2 days to be safe. Within New England UPS Ground shipments generally arrive within two days (even next day outside of holiday seasons or weather events). Outside of New England we require UPS 2nd Day Air.
